"LA is a city that offers so much to everyone who lives or visits here. There is something here for everyone to enjoy and make the most of. Using an isometric grind, I wanted to provide a different perspective into looking at LA and what it has to offer. The letters, when put together, for the word "Los Angeles" that guide the viewer all around the "grid" instead of having a centeralized point. LA is a place that uses landmarks to pinpoint different interests into a different subcity (i.e. sports and concerts into Staples Center) However, LA is a constantly growing place that continues to add more and more. Out of all the spaces, the letter "G" is left intentionally more spacious as there is always construction happening around the city to add something new. If a person feels that their interest is not fully expressed, they can build something to include that interest and offer a piece of themselves to LA for themselves and everyone else to enjoy; That way, LA can truly be a place for everyone." -- Sky Sebastian Tomas
