LOS ANGELES - Today, LA Civil Rights co-hosted a vaccine drive for African immigrant communities with Kedren Health, Masjid As-Salaam, Los Angeles County, and the International Institute of Tolerance. The vaccination drive, focused primarily on the Eritrean and Ethiopian populations of Los Angeles, included on-site interpreters, language-inclusive information, and community resources.
The event followed similar vaccination drives supported by LA Civil Rights for the African-American community and transgender & nonbinary community.
