ChiChi Navarro/La Pinga (They/Elle) is a Mexican-American Trans-Agender entertainer, fashionista, community builder and advocate for gender and sexually diverse people in Los Angeles and beyond.
ChiChi currently serves as the EMCEE and Host for The Queer Mercado of East Los Angeles, hosts Puteria a Latine/x dance night at the Precint DTLA bar, performs at wide array of events, and volunteers with a variety of transgender rights organizations.
Their mission is to help nurture spaces and communities where people who have experienced alienation and discrimination due to a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, their ethnic and cultural backgrounds, skin color, gender and gender expression, sexuality, etc can come together and heal. As someone who has experienced sexual assault and has undergone immense introspection, they are working towards reconciling with their own negative learned behaviors and speaking up to help break the vicious cycles of sexual violence, racism, colorism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and many others.
