Nicole Bryant is the Chief of Operations for the Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department (LA Civil Rights), serving under Executive Director Capri Maddox.
Nicole Bryant has over 16 years of experience in local government. She has managed various public sector projects ranging from overseeing vendor contract compliance with local, state, and federal laws to leading suicide prevention efforts. For most of her career, Nicole was employed by the County of Los Angeles where she served in various capacities, including Analyst to the Chief Executive Officer. In that role, she participated in various executive management work groups tasked with eliminating racial inequities, and making recommendations to improve the lives of women and girls. Nicole holds a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Technology and Intellectual Property Law and a Master of Public Administration degree.
