Myra Madero

Myra is the Scheduling Coordinator for the LA Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department.  

Prior to joining the LA Civil Rights team, Myra spent 19 years working for the Los Angeles Unified School District in various capacities. She began her career as an Attendance Office Technician at Luther Burbank Middle School, and most recently served as a senior secretary in the Office of the Superintendent where she worked with the Executive Director of Partnerships. Throughout her career, Myra has been involved in many initiatives aimed to help students. She helped secure 60,000 professional sports team tickets for Attendance incentives.  

Myra is a proud Angeleno, having grown up in Echo Park.
